On one hand, Ayodhya is being connected to Purvanchal Expressway, while the highway is also being built directly from Varanasi to Ayodhya. Apart from this, the formation of Ayodhya Teerth Vikas Parishad is also awaiting approval of the cabinet.
Ayodhya has many plans including the biggest statue of Lord Rama, Queen Ho Memorial, Digital Museum, Interpretation Center, Ramlila Center, Ramkatha Gallery, Auditorium, which is being run by the Department of Culture and Tourism. It is believed that 70 to 80 percent of the government’s tourism plans in this area can be budgeted to prepare Ayodhya for the next five years.
Work on better connectivity
Talking about all-round development plans, the boundaries of the Ayodhya Development Authority are being expanded. The government is trying to make Ayodhya emerge as a major religious tourism center of the country. The airport is being constructed in Ayodhya. Not only this, but Purvanchal Express is also being constructed for the direct connectivity of Ayodhya with Lucknow and Varanasi International Airport. The 192-km Kashi-Ayodhya highway from Varanasi to Ayodhya is also expected to be completed within two years.
Tourism facilities will be improved
At the same time, Ayodhya Teerth Vikas Parishad is in the process of developing ghats, temples, and other basic facilities here. The plan is that temples will be decorated in every street, every house in Ayodhya. At the same time, the authority will develop Ayodhya and the surrounding area within its limits. It will be developed keeping in mind the facilities of tourists ranging from five-star hotels.
